If it isn’t clear already that I am heavily passionate about Baroque
and Rococo inspired anything, it will be be soon. I am a sucker for
elaborate designs and extensive details, so it should be of no surprise
that Kris Kuksi is one of the first artists I had to share with you.
Kuksi’s incredible pieces above are mixed media assemblages he composed of a wide range of materials he has collected from around the world; cutting and reshaping them into the beautiful, asymmetrical compositions they become. His work has been described as “a study in timelessness and intricacies, reminiscent of lost civilizations, deities and ruins – perfectly preserved.”
